Woo hoo car should be running soon !!!!!!!

Talked with the guy at the machine shop about the block and he said it might be done tomorrow if not Wednesday for sure ! So as soon as the block is done should be less than a week and it will be riding ! So I guess I'll hit the track with it on December 1st which will be the track's last day until spring .

As usual nothing works out like it's suppose to , so no go for me as usual . Maybe next year my car will be done . I guess that's what happens when you let lazy fucks work on your car !!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that Jeff. I know you were looking forward to running it before the season ends. Hope you have it up and running for SVT Day!

Knowing my luck as many things as I've had go wrong or not quite work out I doubt it ! Take for instance I go buy rod bearings and when it's time to go in they were the wrong ones . I was billed for the right part number but ended up with the wrong ones . Piston rings were wrong when it was time to go in . The brand new oil pump when it was time to go open the box and one of the friggin ears is broken off on the oil pump . And I've yet to even venture to charleston rubber and gasket to get all the lines and fittings . Hell I'm at the point where I'm ready to sell the car and buy one running !

Damn!!! Who are you buying your parts from??? May not want to use them anymore.
