corvette question

i have a co worker that has a 99 corvette. he would like to put a set or rims from a newer vette maybe 08 or newer, something chrome. will the newer rims interchange with the older vettes without clearance issues. i think he has 18's on the front 19's on rear. whatever they are they are stock for that year.

thanks

Yes they will interchange. Same bolt pattern and all.

im not sure, i think they would stick out, offset is different, he'd need to go repro

They are a direct swap, but I'd suggest spacers in the rear.
