he should have the used Dizzy Cap, Coil, and plug wires up there too. all came of a running car for upgrades by new (rich) owner. hit it all with some soap & water, be good to go.
I have a used air filter I will throw in.
it's basically enough to finish out a project / or hot rod a two barrel & points car pretty cheap.
i thought it would sell pretty quick.
