Im not sure about your job but I go in a few minutes early and pop my soup in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Then I sit down at my desk for 5-10 minutes to eat and check out the forums. After that Im ready to start the day.
Ive gone from a size 36-38 down to a size 33 and lost about 50 lbs doing everything Ive said in this thread. I have a good feeling my steps are very similar to Robs and he is also having success as good if not better than I am. I cant speak for him but I havent been this light or skinny since high school which was over 12 years ago.
