I would agree with that to an extent but I would also assume if its low in fat is probably low in calories as well (but I could be wrong Im far from an expert). As long as you work off more calories than you intake creating a calorie deficiency theres not a problem. Thats why I dont worry about them much.
Calories if unburned can turn to fat. Fat content does lead to fat and clogged arteries.
Either way my method works for my body. Results may vary.
