No, the roots are usually strong there and fall off up top. You could tell they were scared of it exploding the rear, they didn't even stall it or get in to it till around 20 ft out.

I've never had anything but roots blowers on mine and at just over 5,000lbs ive cut 1.49's.

Exactly, and as far as the Whipple and KB's. The KB's are usually better down bottom and the Whipple better up top.
