High side too high along with low side too low is most likely a restricted orifice tube. Usually the only thing that clogs them up is internal compressor debris. All it takes is for just one cylinder of a 10 cylinder compressor to take a crap. The other 9 will still pump adequately to see the pressures you described.

If you do have a clogged orifice, make sure you flush your condenser or get a new one. The stuff on a clogged orifice is the compressor junk that managed to get through the condenser. Some of these newer uber efficient condensers don't flush all that well, so replacement is a safe bet to keep the rest of your parts investment alive.
