Look around the area at Heavy Industry ... they are the ones that jacked up the pollutant numbers. SC allowed them to do this as part of the incentive to get big business in the area...think about this...with the prevailing wind and weather coming off the ocean, if heavy industry was half of what it is in this area, the car emissions thing would never be an issue...I feel this is a way for us the tax payers to get hoinked in the azz for the state politicians and big bizz swinging on each others nuts...
