Dude, I think you should cool off a little bit. While I understand your point, he didn't offer his opinion as a business but rather it was a personal one.
Now, if you want to have him offer his business' position, provide him with a solution like him setting up a business profile.
Offering complaints without solutions isn't really going to help.
