Just as the police, police us, they themselves should be policed. There are good cops out there, and then there are bad cops that believe that a badge gives them authority to make their own laws and their jobs evolve into something its not supposed to be.
This guy was the latter of the two.

Agreed, I have zero problem with people taping stuff in case something happens. From everything we can see in the video, the driver did nothing wrong, nobody can argue that the cop did the wrong thing.
