Both were wrong. The officer should have kept his cool, but he is human. There is no denying that Chad was the insitgator, but the officer should not have done what he did- no doubt. What that video doesn't show is Chad's middle finger when he passed the officer....
In my opinion, if you keep going around asking for someone to punch you in the face, sooner or later someone is going to do it. Just because you got a black eye and videotaped it doesn't automatically make you the victim.
To me, the 911 call just shows that he is being a smartass.
