When i was in junior high school my friends and i used to play baseball at a park and one time a German Sheppard got off its leash and came chasing us but i didnt take the bat that i had in my hand and go Babe Ruth on his head. Hell the dumb ass owner wasnt resisting arrest until the dog was already shot so why not let him take control of his dog and then take him back into custody?
