I didn't see the man with the dog interfering with the police scene other than replying back to the cops in the distance who initiated conversation towards him to start with. The cops should have left well enough alone when the man put his dog in the car and attempted to leave, but they had to come over and be badasses.
Apparently, these cops don't like cameras pointed at them, but they feel they can point one at you all they want. There was a case in Maryland a while back where a motorcyclist with a helmet cam had video of a cop cutting him off and pointing his firearm at him for a traffic stop. When the motorcyclist put the video on youtube, it went viral and the state of Maryland tried bullying him with federal wiretapping charges for showing the video displaying the real conduct of their officers to the world. The case went to a higher court and it was determined that anything that happens out in public is fair game for recording and the charges were dropped against the motorcyclist.
