Not the owners fault every time.... I said it was the owners fault THIS time. The dog was merely protecting one of his "pack". Dudeman should have gotten him out of there when he had the chance. I almost guarantee he purposely left the window down KNOWING the dog would come to his defense as some kind show of power or whatever and got his faithful dog killed as a result. I agree some of the smaller dogs are equally as aggressive as the large breeds, they just arent perceived as a threat because of their small size. I had another friend who had to have her wiener dog put down cause he was so damn mean. Some dogs are just that way.
