Seems like a ton of opportunities out there for ELTs (and "knuckle draggers" as well
) from what I've seen. It's a tough choice when you're trying to decide whether to take $90k NOW from the Navy, or wait out your contract and make the big civilian money in just a couple more years... I needed one signature from the RDMC on my ship before my package would've been sent off to personnel for my reenlistment when I got my concussion and everything got put on hold. At first I was really bummed, now I'm thinking it may have been a good thing. Time, and my next command's climate, will tell.
