looks like i might be lucking out on this one. my mom is going to be buying a 45th anniversary GT, so shes going to be giving me here paid off 2007 focus. from the looks of things im going to be buying our first house while we are in OK. its kinda wild to think about, but i have a really good feeling that this is a good idea. well at least my whole family is telling me that buying a house right now is a really smart investment. (then my a hole stepdad made the comment that i could later get and equity loan and get an awesome rate then buy my snake lol i think he pulled that one on purpose to make me seriously consider buying a house)
