My blue notch has a bullshit electric fan off of some kind of car, aerospace electric water pump, afco radiator, remote trans cooler, and no thermostat. 11 to 1 compression motor runs 140 to 150 degrees all day long. My question is, did it run hot prior to being carberated? If not bring it by the house and I will take the carb off of mine and see what it does. Like Gerald said, the blue car ran about 210 or so with no thermostat, when you opened the hood it was like opening an over, the heat just ran out in you face, changed the carb and it was perfect. Just let me know..
