i would have three spots done in different locations.

A few things about land, if the road you drive on to get there is higher then the lot "BE AFFRAID". A good sign is if it is covered in pine trees- gum trees, bad.

im having a surveyor come out to mark my property lines, then going to the county to get a perk test scheduled. My Dad said he "thinks" the perk test is $75-$100.
