If there are any trees worth a crap that are going to be cleared, you should be able to mention it to your clearing guy and possibly get a little discount. If they have the means to transport the trees (my clearing guy does) they can sell them themselves.

FYI- DO NOT CUT THE TREES DOWN AND THINK YOU HAVE "CLEARED" YOUR LOT. You have to remove the tree, root system, etc. You also need to muck out the building pad down to virgin soil to have solid bearing.
