well him being dishonest about the numbers isnt cool to me.I never expected my car to make some big huge number. But when it pulls 355rwhp on a mustang dyno, and then shortly after the new owners throw it on a dyno jet and it pulls 339rwhp...I get to wondering.
Come to find out a guy i know who owns a shop in VA had a dyno day, where a bunch of his customers were there, and they all pulled below his mustang dyno numbers on a dynojet...and quite a few of them are lean.
Now, I never said anything bad about his tuning ability, my 01 saleen really did run good, and in the end that is all that mattered to me, I was personally worried about making 380rwhp on a stock gt shortblock, but dishonesty is dishonesty...and then to turn around and be friends with Bill B. who sold me a stolen motor, and screwed me a shane over big time...just was kind of like stabbing me in the back and twisting the knife a little.
I guess overall, im not to big of a fan of Rick anymore after all that...but like i said...I'm one person who had a somewhat of a bad experience with him to some degree, and then a real bad one personally. I wouldnt steer anyone away from going to him b/c I think he is a good tuner, but at this point with what happened to me, i'd give someone else my money before him
