Got a set of rims I am going to want polished...or possibly even chromed. not sure yet. Any where there in Chucktown you guys recommend?

Not that this really makes a damn or not, but im 98% sure that Vinny from CMX Choppers always had his stuff sent to Tennessee for chrome. Thats not saying there's no one around here, just maybe saying that if there is, they might suck. I dunno tho man.

It is illegal to have a chroming place here in sc. I have heard of sending it to kentucky and TN. Ask any motorcycle place in the area. Can you polish the wheels yourself

Why is it illegal to have a chroming place in SC? That's just stupid. I know of places all over KY and TN ( I grew up in KY ) but I really don't want to ship these things all over. Already having to ship them here from Miss.
I figure I'll just polish them myself. Take longer but its cheaper.

It is the process that is involved. I believe it is because of all the hazardous chemicals and the state lobbyist say NO. Hell, same reason we don't have offshore drilling off the coast. TREE HUGGERS.
