Who does the best in charleston? Im debating on getting my ccw's all satin black with a silver stripe.

SATIN for sure.

Have you looked at Plasitdip? They now sell a glossifier to add some gloss. Add a little for satin, add a lot for gloss.

And it's cheap and easy and removable.
