Default Enjoying the XJ Jeep

Wanted to share this new project/budget off-road toy. I picked it up from ForceFed4g63 for next to nothing and been using it for rainy days and work driving. So far after buying it I replaced the slave cylinder, water pump, and one u-join on the front drive shaft. Other then that, she's a smooth machine.

Moving forward, took it to Ohio for some family/friend time. After some debate and pushing from some old friends to make the old jeep a "jeep", the jeep got some love before I headed back.

With their help and a few beers, it's now on a Rough Country 3" lift and 31x10.5 BFG Km2's. Also found a great deal on some chrome jeep wheels, set of 5 on craigs list. Did the quick discount setup on front sway bar as well. Then we hit some Ohio and Kentucky trails and damn we had a sh*t load of fun. After a few "good holes" and making it out barely, lol, I think a good bumper and winch would be a good idea and it's done deal for off-roading fun.

I'll post some better pic's soon. Been grinding off rust and doing some flat black on the underside. Starting to look decent for a 20 year old jeep.

Rear is a little low because of the old rims in back.
