Default Got Some Heads

Well I finally got some heads for my truck. They are 04's with 8 thread spark plug holes. Now is there anything I need to know about putting them on. They came off a mustang.

I would make sure the valve springs are at the right pressure and have them gone through if they have some miles on them.

Did the heads come with valve covers? If not you may need to find some.

Some are 11 bolt, and some are 13 bolt valve covers. I believe a stock Lightning has 13 bolt covers.

You'll more than likely have to buy crown vic valve covers to match the bolt pattern and to have room.

Yes the are different. Is that the only thing they changed? I wont have any
problems with the timming cover will I? If there is one thing I like better about a chevy than ford it has got to be the parts interchangeablty. OK I doubt thats spelled right. But any way Ill be glad to have my truck back. Thanks for all the help.
