Yall were the ones making a big deal out of window tint. Now you finally have a real point of reference.

I bet if one of us mere commoners were shot, there wouldn't be a police escort for the ambulance to get to the hospital faster.

Well go tint your windows to the point where you can't see out, go commit a crime, run from the cops, slam on brakes, get out run from the cops, fire shots at them, get shot(nothing life threating though) and test the theory. Nothing to it. Oh and I don't blame them for escorting there own rather than the Bad guy. But I think I did read where they escorted the bad guy also.

I'm no fan of cops getting at shot, either. I was just pointing out that there is definitely a two class system in place. The bad guy probably only got an escort to ensure he didn't escape from the ambulance. Any other shooting that was between 2 commoners wouldn't likely get a police escorted ambulance ride.

Seems only fair for a cop escort for a wounded/shot cop......If I were a cop and got shot I'd want an escort to make sure I got treatment as fast as possible......

Perk of the job I guess. I get free work done around my home, Gerald can do whatever he wants to his transmissions, Shawn and Zack can Dyno their cars whenever they want....

A cop gets an escort when he gets shot.

Anyway, wishing the officer a speedy recovery.

Rookie LEO took 3. One in the upper vest, pinky, and through a leg, Will have surgery on the pinky.

Suspect has a lengthy history, narcs were in the car, and looks like he will lose an arm.
