Default Little shooting today..

Went with a good friend Steve Bales and shot up some rounds at Quick Shot in West Ashley. He always has fun toys to shoot. Shot this target up with 48 rounds at 25 ***FEET*** with a 9mm S&W M&P. I have a 40 S&W M&P and let me tell you the 9mm is much more fun to shoot. Gonna add it to my bucket list. Shot a 40 Glock...garbage. Shot my 1911 45 Desert Eagle, always a good choice. Got to use a speed loader(lulu) and man did it make things easier!

Why is the 9 better? I just got a 40 the other week.

Only better to me in terms of placement. Smaller round so it doesn't kick as much. Both great guns and I own a 40 like I said. Just cheaper rounds to shoot as well.

Are you sure that was 25 yards (75 feet)?

I guess the 25 on the wall could have been in FEET! My bad! If you can see in the picture the 2nd line of white concrete that is about where the 25 was on the wall. I do believe your right now that I think about it.

Have you tried a Springfield XD-M .40? The "M" denotes matchgrade barrel...try seeing how it groups for you at 25 nautical miles.

I assumed, everything we deal with in the navy is yards...

Haha, I got lucky with the nautical reference...didn't know you were Navy.

Seriously, go try the XDM .40. I used to have one and loved it. Had to sell it to buy [just] rear tires for the Z06. lol

Another fun practice is two in the chest and one in the head as quick and controlled as possible.

No problem Sean. Just shoot as much as I do and you'll start bullseye'ing as much as I do to.
