I was wondering which local machine shop is the preferred shop. I have a short block that I'm building but, I'm not sure where to bring it to have the machine work done. I have used Simone's in the past and have not had any problems but, if there is a better place please chime in and let me know.

S&R machine off 17a right past 176 heading towards moncks corner. Would be on your right hand side. Across the street from the Manufactured home dealer.
Very good people.

I got back Monday after spending the last 4 1/2 months in the Hawaiian Islands. Now it's time to try and get this damn car back together.
I'm guessing, since no one had anything bad to say about S&R that they are good? Are they a better place to have machine work done then Simone's. Does the CNC place do more than just heads? |
