Not sure when it was originally aired. I am going to guess more than 7 years ago on Between the Lions. They are still broadcasting the show on PBS. I think the parody of the Dick and Jane is pretty funny. It is a lot better than some of the other kids shows. Some are just down right dumb even for kids under 3yo.
