They are acrylic covers that can be taken off. The rims are powdercoated, not painted. The side markers are professionally painted, so if someone really wants them their factory colors (not sure why), they would have to be replaced.

I can vouch for the condition of this car. He is just as OCD about his cars as I am. He has a PC7424xp that he's used a couple times on the paint and it looks fantastic! Great guys great car new owner won't be disappointed!

I can also vouch, this car is gorgeous in person and is flawless, car was always taken care of and never modded or raped.
