I don't think it will make a difference, because I would buy it the day before or the day after. I won't burn 1 less gallon as a result. It sounds patriotic and all, but in the long run, do you think what you buy at the local gas station will affect the big oil companies? Carpooling, yes. Buy it today or tomorrow, no. Just my worthless opinion.

It depends on when I hit 250 miles on my truck. Gas gauge doesn't work so that's when it gets filled up.

As long as we keep paying both the good guys and the bad guys so much money for the fuel we need, the situation will not change until we decide to take the oil for ourselves and pay them minimum wages to work at our drilling sites/refineries.
