it says you won't hold the track and what not liable. But, in the same breathe I was told it doesn't really mean much of anything and is a joke.

and for the most part i feel it is irrelevant bc when you decide to go down the track you are at your own risk. only at the point where something of the track causes harm to you should they be liable.

Shouldn't you read it before you race if you want to know what you're signing, lol?

and i wasnt stating it bc of anything recent. the way i look at it is that if i go somewhere and whatever happens bc of me or my equipment then no one is at fault other than me. if something happens bc of the track, then they should be liable and as for a waiver, it wouldnt help in that situation. but all they say is that you release them from being liable and that you will do whatever at your own risk

Like cramming 20 lbs of boast down a stock LS1 and blowing the engine which oils down your tires and you end up hitting the wall? Yep that would definitely be your fault.

BTW I thought that was real classy of you to get out there and grab a broom after you oiled down the track. You was sweeping your ass off!

the only thing that statment did was make the guy decide to give me the broom. thats why i was out there and had already asked what i needed to do and he said he gets paid to do that stuff. i was glad to help to speed the process. i have always said i would help if i screwed up the track.

oh and i was sore and still am with the sweeping and running all in the same night. worked harder in them few hours than i did all week last week

Post this very same question on Yellowbullet and I am sure you will get the same answers as here.

Robert. I will applaud you for helping get the track back up after your incident.
