Default Anyone tied down a vett?

Check it!! got hitch installed, brake controller installed.

drove the vett right up.

now im trying to figure out how to strap it down, the rear is easy, around the subframe,

the front, i have no clue which spots are the safest.. im thinking the radiator support bracket, or just use the axel strap through the wheel (GTO Spares)

Neal, how did you tie yours down?

-Carl

Can you read the sticker below the SS?

I try to use the holes that the hooks you show above go in.... usually underside of the control arms or frame rails

it was tough to get the whole assembly not to rattle!

i think those little hooks would be best, then you are not straining random parts of the car. usually, those OEM tie down spots are reinforced & good to go.

Carl, I used straps around the lower A arm in the front. I had to take off the air dam though.
