FS: Carb'ed 318 dodge motors, tranny, Van

Getting a deal on some used junk.

Dodge Van coming in the deal, looks like a 15 pax window van, but without any pax seats, just two in front
may or may not have a title. unclear status.
would make a GREAT "track van" for a motorcycle racer if it has a title.
if i can get it titled & running, will list it on local bike forum / www.cornerjunkies.com

2v 318 & tranny in the Van, should run & drive after bit of work. (he was bumping them over with a remote start to keep them from locking up, and now they won't fire up)

4v 318 on pallet in back of van, they said it was a "built" county cop car motor, and they put it in a truck, and it would FLY. they said they beat up on the 5.0 mustangs with it, even had guys chase them down to see what was in the truck. has iron manifolds on it from the truck.
YMMV, but it is there, and that is their story.

whats your input?
i am buying an ole dodge with a 318, and all this mess was kept as "spares"

should i keep the 4 barrel motor as a spare for the truck?
is it worth pulling it out of the van?

or should I take the van & the spare motor DIRECT to the scrap metal yard?

sure would save me some grief to crush it & never see it again.

but if the motor in the ole truck drops out of contention, i will be kicking myself in the keister

Scrap it. 318's really aren't worth much. Unless your name is Marcus.

If anything keep the motor on the pallet as a spare since its already out....
