Default Anyone else heard.......

that Dorchester is for sale????? I just caught word of it and I am hoping its just a rumor. Just wondering if anyone else has heard the same thing???

I hope not. I hear that they are going to have to move the bleachers and the return road, staging lanes and pit parking to the other side of the track.

Or they build houses close to the track. Then they have to close the track. Due to NOISE!!

Not true. They were talking of selling some of the land down towards the fork in the road, but not the track. They own thousands of acres, so a little is no big deal. I haven't confirmed it yet with Dorchester County, but Disney is supposedly talking of purchasing land at the fork in the road. But that has been rumored for the last couple of years.
