me too. i have had like four of them and everytime i had to get rid of them for way less than they were worth to stay out of trouble and/or jail. i picked this one up pretty cheap. found three 15x8 stock steelies, scraped around and found beauty rings and some caps. my last one was half primed, shaved handles and mirrors, steel pan, 2-4 drop and steelies with white letter tires. truck was one of the cleanest around even with primer. every body line was strait, i spent hours and hours to put it back together and have each panel flawless. i missed that truck so i couldnt pass it up. so i think its gettin a 454,th400, and a 3.42-3.73. still has a/c, power everything, so i plan to haul cars and a little ass. just want something clean old school, and fun. i may look for a 700rjunk to build just for overdrive. oh well... still lookin for big block stuff.. whaler did you get my pm?

Someone stole my buddies dads BBC intake and fogger setup that you may be lucky to come across! lol, but depending on what exactly you're lookin for, I may be able to see what other stuff he has

Hey James, when you come by the stealership talk to Willie, I am sure he has some stuff he would be willing to sell... or you could just buy this bowtie block that is sitting next to me. I will let it go for $1200 because I like you haha.

i gots small block stuff..lol.. well i need a crankshaft i know this much. it was ground .030 undersize. i dont know what the exact tolerances are but it needs to be ground again and im not trusting .050 undersize bearings, ill stick with a std or .010. i would like a steel crank but might settle for a cast crank. would like an rv or towing cam possibly. and it has std bore pistons in it now but i dont know if they are after market flat tops or what. but they are flat top and only have one valve relief...

Yeeeahhh, I would not trust that crank as far as I could throw it... My bowtie block can be made into a big cube motor.

My brother had a 86 GMC. (He allways has the good stuff.) We built a sbc 400 with vortec heads, peformer RPM intake, 750 holley, 3.73 gears, DR's on the factory truck rallies and a very small cam. Truck would run on 87 with no problem. Had very quite exhaust, primered fender, and a tool box in the back. It would run 8.20's on motor. We tryed nitrous on it, but never did very well with it. Best was a 7.76 at 93. We even hauled a freinds car to the track with it and ran the truck all night then pulled the car back home. I loved that truck. Way to much fun on the street. It was hard to get people to race us because they thought it wasnt worth racing.
