Default Speaker Sizes

Ok. A couple of people had told me the speaker size for the door is 5.1/4 and the backs are 6.1/2. I took the door off today and not one of those fit. Does anybody know what brand will fit right into the speaker spots?

Crutchfield says 6x8 for front and back. You should be able to make the 5 1/4 fit or cut to make the 6 1/2 fit. You should be able to buy 6x8 as a direct fit. This was on a standard f-150.

Dude I told you to get some speaker adapters when you were at wal-mart. I have 5.25in the front and 6.5 in the back, and Im fixing to put some kicker panels in and get a six channel amp. Do I need to come show you how to do it? :P

I may not know much about performance mods but I know about audio.
You've heard my stereo. Come by the house when you get a chance and Ill show you what you need. I spec'd out everything myself and installed it all myself in my truck.
