Need tires (and maybe rims)

Truck NEEDS tires.. Entertaining the idea of putting a set of rims on as well but cant find anything I like..

Needs to fit 94 Ford. 5x5.5 bolt circle
$1000 dollar limit on wheels and tires
Looking for 17x8 rims.
Tires need to be 275/60 17's
Chrome or polished aluminum NO BLACK
NO RIVETS

Would also like a center cap that covers the lugnuts.

I had a set of Eagle 203's on the 96 F-150 and loved them. (polished, covered lugs etc)
