I have to agree I had fun. Wish I could have helped but that carbureted, distributor capped, and push rodded stuff is above my head.

yeah man their great. i dont understand why im having the throttle cable problems that i am but now i more understand. they knew so i let them work with it. after the trip home talking we have came with an idea. should be up and going soon

we ran the truck all night on a 2 barrell. it was acting up and then the gas pedal got worse. well before that i busted a shock and had to put a diaper on it to keep it from leaking. HUGGIES ROCK. and then the throttle problem occured and the gas pedal broke so we never did get our 7 second pass. we were a tenth off on a 2 barrell. should be a fun little truck with a gear and some gas. for the money ive got in it im extremely happy.

i'm starting to believe you and Jr about that truck being posessed. the reason it was on a 2bbl all nite is because the gas pedal bent, then broke. and getting told to leave a starting line because oil is pouring out of a shock is bizarre.

Its not just that truck. Its any s-10 that has a v8 in it. They all get the devil in them. And its usually the "WTF" stuff too

i was tickled that all you guys were decent and spoke.

we met a few up at Crazy D's one day for lunch.

it was fun to know some people and not be alone up there.

Kevin talked Susan through all the staging & stuff.

it's MUCH better for someone else to give your wife direction sometimes, because there's no strife.

susan had a BLAST in the Nova.
but she said you guys did not talk to her, so chat her up next time.

she had a good time, till i broke it

i was on submarines when i was in the Navy, so "self sufficient" and "prepared" are a big deal to me.

you're welcome. your pops saved me a few hundred $ on the hay deal. good people, i was impressed with them.

i may try to get Ray to tune my carb sometime, i just bought it (used) and stuffed it on there.

I would be carful about that. The S-10 has been ready to go for weeks now and if it wasn't for a diaper and zip ties they would have only made one pass.
