2004 F150 FX4 RIMS

Does anyone know the weight of the stock rims for this truck is?

And more importantly what is the BEST and Lightest rim I can put on this truck?

Currently have LT275/65/18 on the truck.

Thanks for the link, that is pretty cool but they charge money for answering questions and this is not that important of a question to warrant paying them.
