What to paint black and what to leave (paint) aluminum? The headers, turbo piping, and exhaust housing will be black. Only the compressor will stay shiny in the turbo setup. What do you think? Don't forget the p.s. pump is black and the alt is Aluminum but could be painted. I am leaning towards painting the intake, valve covers, water pump, pulley's and alt. black. Then brackets, timing cover, heads, and turbo compressor will be aluminum.

if its the car in your sig, maybe the lime green for the valve covers? then black on the intake with lime lettering... other than that, the black and "aluminum" sounds good to me

Are you going to paint your hot side black or ceramic coat it? I don't think the paint will hold up.

The pipe isnt done. The ugly part will be cut out for the merge. I am gonna paint and wrap the hot side for now. I want to get it coated but cant swing it right now. Maybe this winter.
