Kenne Bell 2.8LC Supercharger
Arrington 92 MM TB
Kooks headers w/ high flow cats

Paramount NAG 1 trans w/ SFI flywheel
ProTorque 2800 stall converter
DSS 1000 HP axels

Thanks! Yep, this thing has a nice "linear" pull from the bottom. It is a lot of fun.

No, this car is from Alabama, but it looks identical. After this, Scott may want to step up to the forged short block, though.

That 2800 converter looks perfect for that combo by studying the torque curve. Awesome!

The converter was a 3800-4000 with his NA set-up and when he decided to go FI, we sent it back to ProTorque for a re-stall. They nailed it. I really like thier converters because they are also really efficient in the "below stall" and the upper RPM areas. Makes them really comfortable on the street.

It is a shame though...2.2KB with a little 4.6 are around or just under those numbers and they're 7 years older.

Not really sure this is an apples to apples comparison. Besides, I would imagine they are running a lot more boost to get those numbers out of a 2.2 and I'm not really sure what age has to do with it.

That's exactly what it is I'm running 17lbs so I'm pushing mine alot harder. I have no doubt at 17lbs with that bigger engine that car would destroy me!

I love the Challenger and used to own a LX platform, but those things are so heavy it takes a lot to put down good times. I assume the 392 will be good competition though. I look everyday to trade my Corvette in on a 08-11 Challenger SRT8, but the stock 1/4 mile times make me sad.

Nice numbers though.

I will say this and being a car enthusiast before a Mustang enthusiast it's easy to say...they did a much better job looks wise on it than the Mustang. Never been a fan of ANY Dodge...but that's just sexy!

17lbs isnt that much on the cobra, but it would be alot on that car. I may have missed it, but whats the compression on that motor?
