Default 69 Chevelle ls turbo build

I've done alot of work on the car so far. I got it as a roller "ready to go". However, it wasn't. I've done most of the metal work for the smooth firewall and cowl, replaced the trans tunnel, scraped all the undercoating from the floor in and out, coated with chassis saver, cut out the messed up outer wheelhouses, fabbed up the motor plate, mounted the new master cylinder, routed and fabbed front brake lines, made mounting plates for the rear brake line, and did some work on the turbo headers. Here are some pics:

And finally, I cut the 3" vbands off and got a transition to 2.5". I welded that on and the 2.5" vbands for them. I'm waiting on my tubing to arrive, which isn't going to be until tuesday. I also got the front brake lines made and routed along with mounting plates for the rear brake line.

I don't think I'll paint it any time soon. I think I like gunmetal or black

Synchro wave 180. I've had it for 5 years or so.

Very nice and cool car. It will be cool to see peoples faces when they hear the weird turbo noises coming from a Chevelle..

There's actually a guy that drives his to work every day. It's a flat black with pin striping.

Looks good! A website for you to check out for parts if you haven't already is www.teamchevelle.com.

Looking at putting a LS in my 68 chevelle in the next year or so myself. But just N/A and converting the car over to fuel injection.

I finally got my 2.5" stainless, t4 flanges and merge pieces. I got one side fitted and welded up. I welded a tab to the t4 flange and made a support out of 3/4" dowel rod.

I got the drivers side turbo mounted and finished welded. I also made and welded a bracket for my steering shaft.
