If you are building a mustang right now and still have to buy rear suspension you might want to hang tight. UPR is coming out with their new stuff and it is badass. Not sure when it will be released, i have only seen pictures, but it is hardcore.

Please post the pictures you have seen. Team Z has had a new suspension package available for a few weeks, from what I have heard the UPR parts are copied from those. I cant confirm or deny that, just what I heard.

I find it hard to believe that UPR would copy Team Z- i would expect it to be the other way around.
I saw the pictures when i was at the ORSCA race, so i don't have any to post.
All their new stuff will be on my new car (compliments of UPR), so i will have pictures soon. I believe that mine will be the first, but i am not sure.

That is similar to the new UPR setups-

all these companies are doing is turning stock suspension cars into 4 link cars with their new stuff. Changing the geometry of a cars rear suspension can work wonders, and now everyone will be able to do it. It will be interesting to see how long the sanctioning bodies allow it.

Just installed a upr k member on our fox.

Hurt my feelings to have to grind on it just to be able to bolt the stock rack back up. Called UPR, and they said it was common to have to "clearance" their K-members.

I'm not sure I'd buy from UPR again.

you would have had to do the same thing with QA1. Atleast UPR is chromoly, QA1 is mild steel. You made a good choice with UPR.

I'm just saying that everyone I talk to says UPR copies parts. I have never purchased and of that stuff so I have no first hand knowledge... hard to disagree with everyone else though.

i understand what you are saying- it really doesn't matter to me either way- they both make great products. I also like Wolfe's rear suspension components.

Wolfe makes nice parts as well. Have you looked at any of the BaselineSuspension systems stuff?

i have heard of them, but don't know anything about their stuff.

I usually just look at the fast cars at the track and see what they are using to get down the track. ORSCA's Modified Street is a good class to look at- they have to have their suspension dialed in (along with other things) to do what they are doing and alot of them are using UPR and Wolfe.

True, I think for the more street car...cars...The Baseline kits really helps. Relocates the upper mounts and helps get the I/C where it needs to be. And if your running adjsutable uppers it really helps.
