Default In need of home inspector.

I am in need of a home inspector ASAP. Can you please point me in the direction of very reputable people. Maybe you know a guy who does it and can help me out.

My realtor has given me a couple of names. But I figured to check out here. I know some guys are in construction and might have there own connection.

Buying a home and one is needed.

Don't waste your time or money with a home inspector. Find a licensed contractor that will do it. A home inspector has to pass a bullshit test and pay the state $50 to get his license. Most of them are boneheads and aren't competent enough to find any real issues.

I appreciate the opportunity, but I don't do them. To much paperwork for me! I will try to think of someone that I would trust for you.

I think I found one. But of course, we are awaiting to hear back still from the listing agent and the lender whom is selling the house. We were suppose to have heard back by Wednesday but something happened there (couldn't get ahold of the person who currently had the house) and then of course it moved till Friday. And well still a no go. Let's hope I hear something back tomorrow. We have already started packing up some stuff, mainly the stuff we rarely use.

We will Eric. Kristen called him(and others) last week and he seems promising. We just hope everything pans out soon so we can get the last little bit rolling

It is frustrating for sure. hardly can sleep. Will be our first home. And will have a 2 car ATTACHED garage which is a plus for me. I can finally have "my own shop".
