That was neat. I wonder why there are two implosion shockwaves? Also, why did he insist on loading and racking underwater? lol

No clue on the racking! Possibility is that when a round is chambered before hand water will not fill the voids as he wanted to do. Our underwater mines do the same thing when they go off due to the water pressure. When the pressure is greater it will condense the bubble then when it gets less the bubble with expand. Our mines do this as well as I mentioned as it follows the ship displacing the water around the keel and cracking it. Pretty interesting shit.
