Im trying to figure out exactly how i wanna spend my money, i know there are fast guys with blowthroughs but i like the idea of fuel injection, dyno tune n go. If i went with a stock PCM and a standalone harness then im sure i could run a truck intake and go up to about 15 pounds of boost, then i could switch up to a victor jr and elbow style eventually. But i read all this about low impedence injectors and injector drivers and all but is all that needed? i know i need big injectors but whats up with these drivers n all. A blowthrough threw C&S is pricey and im trying to see what im looking at mulah wise.
Go ahead, conversate

I know where to get a standalone harness for $365ish shipped. Its a brand new harness with label connectors and fuse block.

I am not a Gm person so I dont know what is available for the EFI other than robbing a stock type harness from a Camaro or something. BUT... I think something like the Megasquirt I run has to be available and is very affordable.

I think bs3 would look good in your truck... While in your trailer.

You only need an injector driver if you go low impedence.

if you go BS3 then you wont need a driver box to run low impedence injectors. if you run a stock pcm then you will need a driver box for the low imp injectors or spend the extra cash and get highs.
also what does the intake have to do with the amount of boost you are running. turn that bitch up if you are going to have a built race motor and all!
