anyone into yamaha bikes

I had a guy renting space from me and has a 79-80 Yamaha xs 1100 that ran last time he drove it which was 08. he also has a almost complete parts bike. he finally agreed to sell the bikes and I want them out of my garage.

He think these bikes are worth over $1000, I have no idea but I think $800 would get them. oh, there is also another motorcycle engine in my garage also. get with me if you would like to look at this stuff, I just want it out of my garage
