Fastest Blower Only Twin Screw 03-04 Cobra on the planet! JR Lewis's 3.4L Whipple powered Cobra ran a 8.72@154mph.

Impressive stuff and a Whipple !

Anyone know what this guy has for mods?

Some comments from Lethal Performance: Unfortunately JR doesn't own this car anymore and it no longer runs a Whipple however it was built by SGS Automotive in PA. It had the first prototype Whipple 3.4L crusher inlet with Gen I rotors. The motor I believe was built by JLP but at the time the car ran the 8.72 it had one of Dave Guy's motors in it. Solid Axle, UPR Suspension, Auto Trans... Basically the works. To this date no other blower only twin screw 03-04 cobra has even come close to JR's 8.72.
