Some new rules on the TDL. I'm not trying to piss anyone off, but just trying to explain better what the list was all about.

Post up a track location you would like to use if you are called out.

Track will need to be legitimate, meaning no one on here should be racing in California, even you Stew

The track should be within these 4 states. SC, NC, GA, TN.

We may make some exceptions, but we will cross that bridge later.
