i got at&t internet at the shop and it is slower than the cable internet at the house throught comcast. but at&t internet isnt that slow, it works pretty well but sometimes it slows up due to weather.

I've had dsl since I started paying for directv about 6 years ago. There isn't that much difference. I'm using the ultra package, which is 2nd to the slowest.

I had AT&T at my office and have Comcast at my house and I actually think that AT&T was faster.

my road runner cable was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay faster then the at&t dsl I had, hugely signifigant in d/l speeds and for online games. If your just surfing the web then its really not going to matter like it would playing online games ect. Dish Network lied and f'd us over to get us to change from time warner, they lied about how much the bills would be, some kind of credit we were supposed to get ect...we went back to time warner after 3 months and got phone, cable internet, cable tv w/ 2 hd dvr's cable boxes for $136 a month

I think everybody should go to this site > http://www.speedtest.net/
Make a speed test to the Jacksonville server and the Atlanta server. After each test copy and paste the link here. Also if youd like include the price you pay per month along with any positive or negative dealings with their customer service department. ![]() ![]() We pay about $50 a month for internet access. As for their customer service I would give them a 4 out of 5 rating. |

The one we use is thru are local phone company. It seems fast to me. I never really have to wait on it. But then again. I dont really have anything to compare it to.
